incredibly easy to use - they really do heat up in ...
incredibly easy to use - they really do heat up in less than 10 seconds, so no waiting around to put each one in. I own a large set of 16 rollers as well, and i'm going to get rid of that one - takes much longer to heat up, much more hassle to store, rollers are too small, and have to have a separate travel-sized version as the big set isn't practical to transport anywhere. this set replaces both. it does work out quite expensive, as the rollers are around £30 for a set of 4, and i've bought 3 sets of the medium size and one set of large size (and the case), but it comes with 2 types of grips (which for some sets you have to buy separately as the ones they come with cause a kink in your hair). also the quality of the rollers is amazing, velvet covered and each one has a red light on which stays red for as long as they are hot. also they don't have the annoying slot down the middle, which some rack-style sets have and hair catches in it. i would highly recommend the product, having tried several different sets, it's definitely worth the money.

Disappointed 😿
The rollers are heavy and burn my scalp when in. You can't move because frankly the clips and pins aren't up to the job of holding them in. I would suggest they are only useful for peeps with long thick hair. Also after 3 uses one if the rollers refuses to heat up ???

Good ... but
It was quite difficult to rate this, because in some ways, it deserves five stars. Yet the overall issues make four stars feel too high. The Good: This is so fast! Rollers heat up so quickly that I'm not even done pulling up a new section of hair before the next roller is ready to go. I worried about heating rollers one at a time, but it's not an issue at all because of how fast the hot pod works. I like the form factor, am amazed at the speed, and pretty satisfied in terms of performance, but there are some big negatives with the system. Which leads to ...The Bad: the rollers are really expensive, and not available to buy individually, only in sets of four. So if you want to five rollers, you need to buy eight. If you want three or four different sizes, but only need a couple of each, you'll still have to buy four of each size at top prices. If you want the Hot Pod, several different sizes of rollers, and a Diva container to keep everything in, you're going to end up spending nearly £200, and for that money, it's no bargain -- or even remotely reasonable. I'd recommend maybe trying to find a friend or two who want this system as well, and sharing the price of rollers if you can split them up according to need.Additionally, the clips and grips are only so-so for securing the rollers, and that becomes a problem with finer hair, because the rollers are quite heavy. In fact the rollers are heavy enough that it can feel like a bit of a slog to use them at all, since, however fast they are to heat up and use, one must still wait at least 15 minutes for them to cool down before removing, and I will often skip using them just because it seems too much effort to deal with a head of heavy rollers slip sliding around (or, alternatively, clipped and gripped down so tight that it's painful).Ultimately, if I had to sum up the Diva system in one sentence, I'd say that the hot pod technology is very good, the ergonomics of the rollers and clips are not so good, and the pricing system feels predatory. Still, there's quite a *wow!* factor with it, so if you go in with eyes open, you might be very satisfied.

Amazing item. I kid you not it is so ...
Amazing item. I kid you not it is so fast and easy to use. I looked up similar products before deciding on this one. I am not disappointed in my choice. After purchasing this, I bought 1 pack 4 x 50mm and 1 pack of 4 x 38mm. I probably should have bought 2packs of 4 x 38mm rollers as this is the size curl I prefer and ended up buying further pack of 38mm. It may seem expensive to buy these on top of the pod, but it is an investment whether you are a pro hairdresser or someone who takes your hair regime seriously but does not have the time to mess about. The build quality is top notch, I know it is going to last me longer than the two cheaper roller sets I used to have & have now been binned.I decided to buy the case for £19.99 which I highly recommend as you do not want to loose your rollers, pins and grips, this protects your pod and keeps everything together in one place. When you place the pod in the bag, you do not even need to remove the pod again even when it is plugged in, well I don't anyway. It fits in all the rollers, pins and grips I will ever need. The only bad point - The rollers get very hot which I am used to, but when using on my daughter I put rolled up tissue or cotton balls between the roller and her skin as she is very sensitive to the heat, especially round the face, neck and ears. She also has fairly thin hair so I would recommend using the pins rather than the grips if your hair is on the thin side, my hair is thick so I can get away with using the grips.I hope this helps - it is worth the price in buying a pod and rollers you will use rather than a system where you have rollers sitting about doing nothing , I would Highly recommend. Great set
Was really impressed when someone used theses rollers on me for the first time, had to get my own!Very pleased heat up in seconds so it's great when your in a hurry, the result are fantastic too, only wish they did come with some rollers as these are expensive to keep purchasing, put I have managed with 4 to do my whole hair without too much bother.

Basically agree with Tassie's review..
Works very well, but it is very expensive when you have to buy all the add-ons. I ended up buying 8 large rollers only (two lots of four rollers.) This suits my fairly thick wavy shoulder length hair. I bought the (overpriced imo) case and wished I hadn't bothered. My sister has the O system, and I would have preferred a rigid case like theirs.
