According to information on this product from the seller, with a 29 inch waist I am size medium: 27.6 - 33.5 inch waist. However when I tried it on, the item is MUCH too tight! You caqn see from the photo how the lower strap does not reach around the front. I am in some pain already, which is why I bought the thing, but the extreme tightness compresses all the painful bits. I simply can not wear it. It seems like I would have to go up 2 sizes to get a decent, individualised fit that holds without extreme compression. I would happily exchange, but the seller does not offer returns or exchanges. It is not even possible to contact the seller from my orders.

Expensive, but I must have 4 others and this is by far the best. Also pulls in the Christmas belly very slightly. :) My pain is from slight scholosis and a repeatedly broken collarbone from rugby and cycling. This really braces things, relieves pain in the short term and has helped me build better habits. Doesn't cut in and although the wraps for the shoulder pads would ideally be built in. I can't think of how to improve them and still have a one size fits all option. Expensive, but buy once, buy right.

Quite difficult to wear. Very sore after wearing it.

After all those years of my mum constantly telling me to look down when i walk, so i don't tread in dog muck has finally caught up with me. Been having problems with my upper back, shoulders and neck, so i thought maybe it's not too late to change a bad habit.the vest is of a good quality. Though i wish i had gone for the next size up, as it is a little tight around the waist. even though i was 5 cm under the recommended measurement.there are no instructions on the box, so it did take me some time to figure out how to put it on. especially when they only show the back view.The top of the brace cuts into your neck so i have to pull my t-shirt up over the brace to stop it annoying me.otherwise a good buy. I'm hoping i can get alot of years use out of it. only time will tell...

I bought a medium size which was too small. So I bought a large size.This is better, but it still chafes under the arms.There is no way to loosen the straps.The thing works fine, it’s just those straps making armpits sore. Not sure what to do about the straps but I’ll work something out.

I really wanted some support for my back but it didn't do the job nor could i return it -only tried it on once - over my clothes -so not contaminated in anyway - so would like my money back

Good quality product, well made and good support for my injury- I had a clavicle subluxation and sc joint injury. I ordered a medium as there were no smalls in stock and just as well really as they don't come up very big- I'm a UK size 6. In the first few days I had to wear it all day and it did start to rub a bit around my waist and under my arms, but I just wore it over one layer, not a problem. I don't wear it all day now as don't want to rely on the support. It was quite difficult for me to put on at first because of my range of movement. Overall, really happy with this product, it allowed me to get back to teaching my exercise classes without compromising my recovery.

Complicated to fit. You require each time two people to put this on and strap it, which is for a single person difficult.
