Spray it on fabric and smooth it out. Have used it for years. I use it as I take things out of the dryer and hang things up. Great scent too.

Is the scent lite or heavy smelling?

Geeze, I would ask seller, maybe cancel your order, write that you never received it, & order it again, through a different seller on Amazon. I had ordered a different item & that’s what I did. Good Luck !
