Bought 3 of these on black friday to go with my new resin printer. Honestly it's worth the extra price with it being water washable. The alcohol needed to rinse is super expensive and this cuts out that need. The prints have been turning out great so far. As for resin it does break kinda easily but that seems normal for regular resin. Adhesion is good seems to be user error when something does happen. So for the sales they have totally worth it.

Water washable minis are nice, much easier for many purposes, the detail is not the best but still more than enough for most normal purposes. The resin is plenty strong from my work so far, still be careful with it like all resins but it's not a weak one. And the cost is just great. Water washable means no dealing with IPA, wich saves even more money, and is just nicer to be around, less fume hazard from that, still use mask when working with resin anyway though. Personal tip, first let the minis sit on the printer an extra hour or at least half hour once done so they drip resin off. Next, put them in one small tupperware with warm to possibly almost hot water and shake around a bit. This loosens the supports up for easy removal, and gets the majority of the initial remaining resin off. Once you remove supports, then rinse/wash them in a second small water container. With two containers, the second one will remain pretty clean with most of the resin first dripping off and then rinsed in the initial warm water. So the second one lets you clean them really nicely. If you don't do two stage cleaning you will notice a residue/sheen left on these, not that bad just worth notice if you want the best minis you can get with it. EDIT: Some photos, the harlequin is in 20um layer thickness on a phrozen 8ks mini using the SUNLU Water Washable Resin Grey, on the larger pic all the grey non painted ones are also using the resin, though some at 50um layer thickness, in genera though I think you can tell that it's got plenty of great detail on it. Easily good enough for the vast majority of prints, even with some finer textures or stuff.

This is my go-to resin. Prints great, few failures and works for my needs. Great value too.

Sunlu is quickly becoming my go to resin for printing. The ease of it being water washable, plus the low odor, has made it very easy to use. I currently am using it on a Egaloo Saturn 4 Ultra and have had no issues with print quality. The amount of detail the resin is able to produce is astounding. Just see some of the under 40mm prints I have pictured below. Even the clear resins are fantastic, I have a Saturn V rocket model print that I am turning into a night light using the light blue clear resin. Color is very pure and clear. I have even used them to make sowing items for my wife. Durability is on par with other resins, as brittle as normal plastics that you would buy models in.

this is a pretty good resin. it has good detail. feels pretty strong. Though it's not really flexible it does not feel brittle. It does have a very strong odor though. VERY STRONG Odor. I used the translucent red or what they call clear red. It was the least expensive of the water washable . If you buy it (which I still recommend) use it in a well ventilated environment. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a consistent product at a cost effective price.

Outstanding results. Easy clean up with warm water. Nearly odorless. The sticky mess and bad smell is gone making resin printing easier to manage and a real money saver as you will not need to purchase IPA. Cures slightly faster, too.

It is a good resin, color is nice. It does have a stronger odor than other resins I have used but great value

Trying out many varieties of water-washable resin lately to get my Mars 3 back into business - Sunlu took the gold just on its first print. I can ideally dial some settings to deal with through holes, Mars has always been a little touchy with tiny holes because of the resolution the 3 is at. Thats just the printer's problem, and the one model is so small to push the printer, the other accidentally broke on my own fault.. but the quality was still so well to see. The resin itself did a killer job. It washed off extremely well, compared to some other brands that can seem to leave a film on my platform, and undoubtedly the print itself. Needing to almost be scrapped, and alcohol needed, which defeats the point. Look forward to more prints and Sunlu being a goto! Definitely try it, you won't be upset. Love using Sunlu, its cheaper and better for my needs than the other water washable brands out there.

For starters, when on sale it's half the price of other resins. Maybe there's advantages to resins that aren't water washable, but for my purposes, this is the only resin I need.

Resin quality is what I would expect I’d get from resin nearly twice the price! The resin is flexible, durable, breaks at necessary points easily while curing to be firm and clean while still flexible. The resin is not brittle at all pre-cure, and only cures to become slightly brittle even if over-cured. Plate adherence sometimes is finicky but generally only becomes problematic after the print has finished, as prints tend to try to fall off of the plate into the vat. This is both problematic and beneficial as removal from the plate is clean, leaves essentially no residue and generally requires no tools.
