When used in cojunction with spray which goes on first?

Hi,we also used the shower gel from this range to "layer up"! Some evenings we used the after sun,then the spray,but mostly we used the spray & then later in the evening we put on the after sun before going to bed.

Is this any good for midges?

It certainly seems to help, I use it after the hair and body wash. Don't know how good it is on its own. Smells nicer than some of those sickly after sun creams too.
