DEA GT2 Remote Control for Gate and Garage Door

First up, this does not have the pin hole button as shown on the picture (referred to as a secret button for cloning remotes). If like me your remotes blink red when you press them (rolling code), you will need to access the box anyway, do not fear though as programming this takes 3 minutes max. Ignore all the instructions that come with it, they do not work. Do this instead for DEA receivers: • Remove the cover that hides the electronic circuit - 4 screws. • At the top right of the circuit are three buttons: [OK], [+] and [-], and a digital display. • The gate or garage door must be closed and the screen must display [- - - -] • Press the [+] button several times until the screen displays [P005] • Press the [OK] button. The screen will then display [LeAR] (“Learn” Program). • Take the remote control and press the button to program. The screen displays the number of the programmed remote control, for example: [r009] for “Remote 009”, that is, the 9th remote control programmed from this receiver. • After a few seconds, the screen returns to the display [- - - -] • Reattach cover that hides the electronic circuit. This took me around 3 minutes including removing and replacing the cover....it's extremely simple! Delivery was very fast, all official and new with box.

There are two methods of programming, either use an existing remote, or access the gate control box and set the wireless control card into programming mode. Either only takes two ticks. Foolproof! You can find the controller model number on the motherboard, and then get the user manual online.

Working perfectly. It does not clone but very easy to programme on control panel. Battery included which is great.
