C.K 7928 Watering Systems Tap Adapter Smooth 20-30mm Diameter, Black/Gold, Black/Gold

Finally a tap adapter that fits my taps! After several failed attempts with other adapters, found this one and although it is more expensive it does the job I need it to and it's solidly built. This is a real time saver as I can now fill my aquarium with a hose rather than endless buckets!

I have a 23mm diameter mixer tap spout. Having tried both the Gardena & Hozelock for 20mm to 25mm taps both were too small. However this one which is described to fit 20mm to 30mm fits it perfectly without a struggle to push it on. Theres around 1mm leway when pushed on to my tap which the fastener perfectly tightens onto without any leaks. I have found that it can slip off under pressure if not tightened enough which might be difficult for those with arthritis. If you have a larger 28mm diamter tap then it might be more of a struggle to fit. Its trial & error how well they will fit onto your tap as the description on these connectors in general are not the most accurate.

Great product good fit on tap no leaks

I was concerned that this was a little pricey at £14.99, compared to the competitors, but I didn't want to remove the tap extension I fitted 9 months ago and have been enjoying. The width of my tap extension is 2.6cm and the largest taps other adaptors fit appears to be 2.4cm. This fits and stays effortlessly. The only issue I have is the reduced water pressure coming from the hose but I think this is caused from the tap extension rather than the adapter. All in all, very happy and relieved that I get to keep my kitchen tap extension and still use it for my garden hose.

Good quality product but will not fit maximum size advertised. I have a 29mm brass tap. The advertised fitting width is 20-30mm. However, there are internal ribs inside the rubber attachment reducing the internal size, so in reality this will never fit a 29/30mm tap. And I know have to pay £2.79 to return an item that will never be able to do what has been advertised to do.

Buona fattura, fa quello che serve

Lo he colocado en un grifo antiguo y la primera vez se salió con la presion porque no lo ajusté bien por miedo a romper el grifo. LAs egunda vez, lo he ajustado bien puerte con la mano con la palomilla y ha quedado muy bien!!! Es usado para una toma de agua temporal de una obra. va muy bien!!
