The first thing you should know is DO NOT tighten the locking screw all way unless you plan to permanently attach the mount to the tablet! I was looking for something that would stay firmly on my flight sim rig, and I got a lot better than I bargained for. I have a cheap 8" tablet I got which I intended to use as a secondary display (I use SuperDisplay - awesome app, very affordable!). I'm getting an iPad soon, and I was thinking about using that instead. Well, no dice. It's locked in place.

Works and looks great

I purchased two of these. Both were installed correctly according to the instructions. It was not a difficult product to install whatsoever - I do a lot of remodel work - but both brackets mounted with either the right or left side closer to the wall than the other. The build quality and sturdiness seem to be top notch though.

I bought this for my special needs daughter because she has a tendency of braking her tablets so I wanted a way she could play with her tablet but I can lock it so she cant break it. It keeps spinning all over the place and I have to constantly tighten the screw so that it stays in place. The major buttons are covered so she is constantly bugging me to turn it on when the screen goes black. Did not like how it covered the power button at all. Sometimes when I lock it it turns the tablet off and I have to restart it.

Very easy to install, granted I didn't use the included hardware. Well built and I like the locking 🔒 feature. I'm more at ease knowing that my home control tablets are secured.

Horrible. Installed exactly how the instructions said, and no matter what we do, we cannot tighten it enough for it to hold straight, horizontally or vertically. The weight of the tablet just has it crooked on the wall. It’s so loose!

I picked this one because it offered VESA mount points, and I wanted to use it on a monitor arm setup. Unfortunately the VESA plate and screws included do not match standard monitor screws, so I could not connect this to the VESA plate provided with my existing monitor arm. I will have to check the hardware store for different screws, and add some sort of locking nuts. Looks like a good unit, otherwise.
