Easy to do and look really pretty. The magnet strips don't stick very well, had to use super glue and the finished butterflies are a bit heavy for the magnet provided also (they slid down to the bottom of the fridge)

My granddaughter loves to create things and has enjoyed this Christmas gift.

We have had a few of these types of sets but this had only 4 butterfly moulds in it and the setting material was no where near as straightforward to use then the other sets as it came up lumpy and set too quickly (for a grown up doing it for a 6 year old to paint). Was disappointed overall.

Granddaughter loves painting and crafts and also butterflies so should find this amusing

This is a disaster of a kit.Awful "instructions" (basically non existent - I had to Google everything). And what information they did include is totally wrong.If you use the whole bag of plaster (just so you know, the correct ratio (which is given no-where on the "instructions" or on the box) should be approximately 2 parts powder to 1 part water - but just as with making bread, sometime you need more water, sometimes less, depends on environmental conditions etc) but you then will have far too much plaster for the 4 moulds included (despite that they tell you to use the whole bag for the 4) and you will end up wasting a lot (unless you have other moulds very close to hand).And unless you have experience mixing plaster of Paris, or have taken the time to look it up in advance, I imagine most people will try to add the water to the powder, and they'll end up with an unuseable clumpy mess. You need to add the powder slowly to the water and very gently combine (do no stir or mix vigorously as that will lead to a clumpy mess too!)The moulds themselves are not very sturdy, so they'll probably last, maybe two or three uses if you're lucky - one of ours is already splitting after one use. And the paints and glitter things were totally dried up and unuseable.So basically, you're paying for a (way overpriced) bag of plaster.
