I'm so glad that I trusted my instincts and brought this item despite reading the bad reviews. This is the best thing to use for opening my B12 vials, I had a lot of ones that were very stubborn to open and scared me when they broke.This is very easy to use and I can also draw up the liquid without opening the snapper, thank you for making my life easier.

This thing is useless
Do not even waste your time on this thing. Do yourself a favour and look for the disposable ampule snappers. They are far better than this monstrosity.

Fiddly and hard to use
Hard to initially open due to design. Need to use it more to assess if it frees up.

EASY TO SNAP AMPULES
This device is a godsend. It's so easy to snap the neck of glass ampules without cutting yourself. Great for anyone who has to self-inject and use ampules.
