How is this product different to the rest of the range?

Flexitol Rescue Heel Balm contains 25% urea and is designed to treat dry & cracked skin. Flexitol Intensely Nourishing Foot Cream contains a lower percentage of urea and is designed for regular maintenance for softer, smoother feet.

How often do I need to use Flexitol Rescue Heel Balm?

For best results, we recommend applying twice daily - morning and night. Once restored, we recommend using Flexitol Intensely Nourishing Foot Cream regularly to maintain the condition of you skin.

What is Urea and why is it important?

Urea occurs naturally in the skin and helps to hydrate dry skin and remove dead skin cells. Applying a cream containing Urea will help improve the condition of dry, flaky skin.

How long do I need to leave it on?

Since the product is designed to deeply penetrate into the skin, washing off is not required. Feet may be slippery straight after use so mind your step or put your feet up for five minutes while the balm absorbs fully into your skin.
