There is something missing in the parcel which is the sticks .

Great product
Great product. Be careful of the elastic inside the tubes because, if you are rough it will break. We have 2 of these for work shooting. They are great and pretty stable for free standing inside. Make sure you know how to fold them and you won’t have a problem.

Great. Needs better care when packaging.
Great product but came with a big black dirt mark on it so had to wash it before use. Suspect it had been dragged on the floor when being packed.

This is a really great product, works really well, and easy to use and set up, no issues at all. Great quality, as you would expect from Lastolite products.

No frame so can't use it
Buyers should be aware that the item DOES NOT come with a frame. This purchase is for the FABRIC ONLY and clips. You will need to buy the frame separately. This wasn't aware to me due to the MISLEADING photos that are on this Amazon listing and so the item is now being returned.
