Correct. The extract is processed through the Cocoapro™ process preserving the cocoa flavanols that are otherwise destroyed through conventional cocoa processing.

How much iron is in this as compared to the capsule?

Thank you for your question. As iron is a minor component in our products, we unfortunately do not measure it.

Is your nutrition profile the same as any cocoa powder?

No. Our product is not considered a food like most cocoa powders. Our product is a supplement and is extract based. All CocoaVia™ products contain cocoa extract processed using our proprietary Cocoapro™ process which allows us to preserve flavanols.

I received a tub with a white cap. Is this an authentic product?

Yes, it is! Given the supply challenges and longer lead times after the pandemic, a number of our powder tubs had to be produced with the white lids. Other than the color of the cap, nothing else is changed.
