Good value for the price, has a 5yr expiry date. Haven’t tasted it, but I’m sure if it’s the only thing to eat I won’t complain. Perfect size to store on the car or a bag.

It looks well packed, the shelf life on it is 5 years, so I don’t have to think about replacing it until 2030. I got it in case of a sudden lockdown like the one in 2020 but hopefully I never have to rely on this.

Hope I don't need to use it but reassuring to have in the car boot in case of emergency.

Neatly packaged in a cardboard box, this kit is something you just put in your boat, home store, or the boot of your car and then forget about for the next four years. Top quality contents, including the 6-hr lightstick, water purification tablets and foil blanket. The survival rations are triple packed (tough card box, airtight foil, then clear plastic) and then 18 square biscuits packed in 2's in greaseproof paper. They taste like a fine unsweetened shortbread biscuit and each box is designed to provide 2500 calories, so I make that 138 cal per biscuit, or thereabouts.The 500mL water, in a tough alu plastic pouch, is divided into 10 x 50 mL sachets that you tear open at the corner to drink.As a diabetic, I always keep supplies of food and water to hand when I am travelling - this fits the bill perfectly, and I'd rather eat one or two of these biscuits to keep going than many of the very sweet cereal bars you can buy (and actually these work out less expensive). So whether it's you alone having to survive for 24 hrs, or a car-full of you for an essential pit-stop, this is eminently fit for purpose.

Great product and very handy to keep in the car for emergencies. Was looking for something like this to keep in my car after being stuck in traffic on the motorway for hours with no supplies. This is perfect.

Arrived quickly. Good selection of items to get through a couple of days if required. Would recommend.

Hopefully they will never ever be used. But all there as said on packets. Given to ex to put in his house as my daughter was worried if he dropped or if there was an incident what they would do. She's happier now and I don't have to worry about her constantly worrying.
