Excellent learning tool
I love that the words are on one side of the fish. That there are different colors and different shapes for each set of sight words. I wish there was a fifth pole to match the fifth set of sight words. My kids love it. Many different ways to play with it to teach reading. I am very pleased. It is about 5-10$ more than others but the others have 2 different words on the fish one per side which I didn’t like. Also the others didn’t have the different colors and shaped fish.

Great way to learn sight words
My six year old granddaughter really enjoyed this way to learn sight words. She loved the fishing poles with magnets to "catch" little colored wooden fish with words on them. She stayed actively engaged for 15-20 minutes at a time catching/reading fish words.

Great but had to adjust a little
This came with ALOT of words on different levels which I love. This has been great for homeschool for my excellent kindergarten speller and my struggling 4th grade speller. They are both great readers. We did make a trip to Hobby Lobby to make some new poles. The poles that came with it are extremely tiny. Now the kids can sit on the couch and actually pretend to fish. My struggler is a visual learner so this has been great for him. He catches the fish, reads it, closes his eyes and writes it in the air, and then spells it out again.Posted a picture of the side by side comparison of the poles. The one that came with it is probably only about 6”. Not useful at all.

Love it!
I use this to help my son with his sight words. Colors are vibrant, sturdy material. It can be a great gift and words are ok in size.

SLP MUST HAVE
I use this game all the time! The words on the fish are good, but I’m targeting specific sounds so I just put stickers over the words and wrote words with those sounds! It works amazing!
