Which is better this or the Cardio IV?

HI! I’ve never used IV. I think it depends on your specialty (how often you see ped pt) since IV has the ped side incorporated. I’ve been usin this for years (I am a cardiologist), I think it’s good enough. 👩🏻⚕️👌🏻

what the best tag can be attached or used for this?

The plastic tag that's suggested below as accessorie when you purchase. Had one like that on my old stetoscope (that i gave away to my son. Examination med school :)) exact same stetoscope. Didnt buy the tag this time though.
