Nice looking product, sturdy and good length, just what we wanted.A screw cap piece missing and they couldn’t be less helpful! Asked me to source my own when I asked them to send me a new cap then when I told them that really they should provide one, they told me they were now out of stock.So now I have a coat hook with one screw showing and will need to make a trip to a diy store to source my own cap - rubbish customer service!

Lovely sturdy coat rack and a good length. Was looking for something to match white doors, skirtings etc and this product does not disappoint. Well made and well packaged.

Coat hook in utility room. Not fitted yet so untested. Looks and feels sturdy enough and is nice and neat.
