Brilliant and does the job … well made too and fits nicely in my Uk size 5 shoe … really comfortable with it inside my shoe too!!! Well worth the price

These are inexpensive, so I bought 4 pairs inc. one for tennis shoes. I do find them supportive, reducing the heel impact and discomfort. I have found they can slip but a dab of superglue did the trick.

Hi, this is a great product and very supportive for those with plantar fasciitis. The heel cushion is more comfortable than before as it is now all the one surface, rather than having an area where you can see the blue gel area. I think the underside is stickier than before, so they seem to be staying in place much better than the previous set did. They do seem slightly larger than my previous set, but this is not causing a problem.

They work well & are great for my heels but they slide around a lot, might have to get some glue

The heal pads arrived on time and that is the only positive. I ordered the largest size available but they are far too small to fit a UK size 11 and fit better in a UK size 6 (my wife's shoes). When I tried them, to help with the pain of plantar fasciitis, I found they moved around in my shoe and caused further discomfort. The gel cushioning is ineffective and offers no support, there is a general sliding feeling that makes walking painful and feel unsafe. When I showed them to my physiotherapist he put them straight in the bin. If you are considering these I would do the same with you money it will amount to the same thing
