Great for my toddler
This is great for my toddler. She gets to work on hand eye coordination and learn her colors and counting. We really enjoy this set.

Great purchase for 3 and up For development of fine motor skills, color matching, naming colors
Excellent quality and multipurpose skill practice for 3-7 year olds—Righties or Lefties. As a former Early Intervention teacher and now a grandmother this product provides practice for color recognition, color matching, scissor skills (start with learning how to snip note cards—provides a stiffer, easier to hold paper to cut), and reinforcement of the fine motor skills of pincer grip for preparation for future writing. Other hints include using a marker to color the child’s thumb so when using the scissors he/she holds the wrist correctly, breaking large crayons to make them shorter so they don’t hold the crayon in their fist. Great value.

Great gift for a 2-year-old!
My daughter, who worked in a childcare center for a number of years, suggested this item when we asked her for a present to give to a 2-year-old neighbor. The little girl was thrilled with it. Although she has hardly spoken a word to us until now, the sorting set elicited a "Thank you"! She was particularly taken with the tongs that have the spherical pincers.

It’s fun but….
These things are NOT for the hair! If it gets caught in hair be prepared to cut it out. My 18 month old got it stuck and she ripped it out herself. She loves playing with them and the forceps are cool but she’s alsoMissing a plug of her hair now.

Little ones love it
My two youngest daughters love playing with this! It really helps with the fine motor skills and can be used to help teach sorting, patterns, and textures.

Sensory Bin Filler
I ordered these for my son for his sensory play table. The little balls have a great texture but unfortunately, they attract a lot of dirt, dust, hair, etc;. Additionally, my son was able to bend and break the tongs with the ball at the end very easily. The regular tongs and bowls were both well made and colorful. My son did enjoy playing.
