Okay for price.
Good to use for travel and random moments when you want to work your muscles. I would not use this for regular work outs, because yes, just like all other bands I looked at before buying this set, the roll up. But you can find some exercises that work better than others. They do have a strong rubber (just like rubber bands) which is a bit annoying. Again, works for brief moments, but prefer actual weights over these when available.

Great product.This item is packaged very well and even included a small bag to store the Bands. Overall they appear to be spot on with the resistance. The bands get thicker with more resistance as they are supposed to. This was a great product for the price and works well for legs and arms.

Great deal! Great for traveling and for rehab or warm up. I purchased it for rehab purposes. The bands stayed in place. Also, if you want to hide the logo (for whatever reason), flip the band inside out!!

These are great quality. They came in a great mesh bag, so easy to throw in the backpack for the gym. Colors are great and work well for unisex. Got 2 packs, one for me and one for my husband. So far very happy with the purchase.

These bands are the best I’ve ever used. They are high quality and I love how they have different bands with varying levels of elasticity. I would definitely recommend to a friend. A great price too.
