Clean-n-Tidy Adult Everyday Cat Litter, 15 Kg

I have used many cat litters over the years as i have had 11 cats in total over the years , i currently have 3 cats and 2 kittens .This cat litter is the best I have ever tried , firstly this bag as done a good layer in each of my cats litter trays and i have quite a bit left for topping up as and when needed.When emptying this litter into the litter trays i admit it does give off some dust however once that bit is over there as been no more dust.The litter itself is very fine granules like sand which is perfect when scooping out any solid waste as the dry bits of litter just fall through the scoop so none of the litter is wasted unlike all the other cat litters i have used over the years.When the cat does a wee the wee clumps into little solid balls which are just so much easier to scoop out, the clumps stay together and there is no crumbling or falling apart like in all other cat litters i have tried .While taking of the solid clumps if you do pick up any of the dry granules they just slide straight through your litter scoop so no waste at all .The litter is also fantastic for long hair cats , one of my kittens as quite long fur and every litter we have used with him always manages to stick to his fur and he ended up trailing it about with him throughout the house , with this cat litter this has not happened once in the time I have been using it which currently has been 4 days. There is no marks from any other of the cats feet or bits of litter on the floor it really is the cleanest litter I have ever used and I will not be going back to anything else.Regarding odours the litter itself does have a scent but just a natural one nothing too strong either , because of the excellent clumping properties of this cat litter I have had no problems with bad odours from the litter tray which has happened with other brands I have used in the past , I do use Biokats active pearls with carbon in my litter trays .If you are wanting a cat litter that clumps well with no crumbling/falling apart , so it is easier to clean . A cat litter that does get trampled all over the house and leaves no bad odours in your home buy this you will never ever look back o use another brand again .

I recently purchased an Omega Paw Roll'n clean litter box and got some Petex Fullers Earth clumping litter for it. It was a nightmare. I went through 20kg of litter in only 2 weeks and every time it was used, the litter would solidify so much it was like cement on the bottom of the tray. I found myself emptying out a significantly heavy load of litter every time I cleaned it. So I shopped around for an alternative and thought I would try this.I have been using this for 3 days now and already it is so much better. It is so absorbent that the 'liquid' forms smaller clumps which remain separated and loose from the surrounding litter, making it not only so much easier to remove from the clean litter but also reducing the amount of litter that is dirty and so has to be removed. Already, I can see that although this bag only contains 15kg, it should last longer than the last litter I used.Another major plus with this, is the odour control. I can notice a most definite lack of bad odour around the litter box and in the room it sits in. The only time I smell anything is when it needs cleaning and once that is done, the smell is gone too.The only minor downside, is that there is a little more litter just outside the tray than before. Maybe because the granules are so small it looks like more or maybe it just sticks to the paws a little more but I can live with that since the whole experience of having a litter tray in the house until my kittens are old enough to go outside, is now more bearable.UPDATE: Whereas the Pettex clumping litter 20Kg bag lasted only 2 weeks, I purchased this 15Kg bag on 23 June, it arrived next day and was used from 24th June. It was only 2 days ago that I needed another bag of litter. So this lasted me the best part of a month and that is with 2 6month old kittens using it.

I've been using this since the beginning of 2013. It's the best clumping litter I've tried in the UK (in the US clumping litter is cheaper, better quality and there are more brands to choose from). A couple months ago I noticed this litter was darker, didn't smell of liquorice as much, didn't hold the pee clumps very well and was breaking up making messes. Yet because the other litters are ridiculously expensive here for some reason I stuck with this one. Well, I came to order 4 bags today and the price has gone up by 56p. I go through 7-9 bags a month for my 2 kitties and I am not going to pay nearly 5 pounds more a month. They just lost a loyal, would-have-been lifetime customer.Not to mention last month one of the bags spilt open in it's parcel bag and went all over the place and had to be thrown out. It also comes 5 days late quite often.Would have given 5 stars if not for these reasons.

This is a very good cat litter. It is incredibly fine and very absorbent and forms into easy to scoop little balls when it's urinated into.It's very easy to clean and even when the cats had the runs it coped really well and the cats loved to use it.The odour control is good too, you can clean and top up regularly before needing to change the whole box and as long as the waste was buried the smell disappeared quickly.My only issue with this, and the reason for 4 stars not 5 is how much mess it makes. It seems to track everywhere despite using litter tray mat and also sticks to socks so we track it round the house once it's outside of the litter tray.I found myself hoovering it up several times a day, which in a busy household just wasn't practical.Such a shame because in every other way it is perfect
