Impressive speeds and massive storage for the price
I am very impressed with this Amazon Basics USB 3.1 flash drive. The transfer speeds are consistently fast, making it easy to move large video files and backups in a matter of seconds. I tested it with several gigabytes of data, and it handled the task without any significant slowdowns. The 256GB capacity is exactly what I needed for my media library and documents. It feels sturdy, and the design is sleek and professional. I haven't noticed any overheating issues even during extended use. If you're looking for a reliable, high-capacity drive for daily data transfers, this is an excellent value!

Excellent product
I picked up the Amazon Basics 128 GB Ultra Fast USB 3.1 drive because I needed something reliable for backing up photos and transferring larger files between my home and work computers. The price seemed reasonable, and I’ve had decent luck with Amazon Basics in the past, so I figured it was worth a try. After a few weeks of use, I don’t really have any complaints. The drive is small enough to toss in a bag or pocket, but not so tiny that it feels like I’ll lose it instantly. It recognized quickly on both my Windows desktop and my older linux system, and transferring files is fast; definitely noticeably faster than the older USB 2.0 drives I’ve used. I’ve been able to move big video files and large batches of photos without much waiting around. No problems with corrupted files so far. The casing is plastic, but it feels sturdy enough for normal daily use. I’m not rough with my stuff, so that’s fine by me. There’s no fancy branding or gimmicks;just a simple, functional flash drive that does what I need it to do. If you’re looking for something basic that gets the job done without costing too much, I think this is a solid choice.

Great price point for storage
I was looking for an inexpensive higher capacity USB drive to feed a portable projector with videos. Since the videos I was moving to the drive were greater than 4 gig I had to reformat the drive from FAT32 to NTFS on my Windows 11 PC. There were no issues with this using the quick format option. I filled the drive up quickly with a variety of videos at a displayed transfer rate of 180-200 mb/s. The USB-A plugged neatly into my portable projector and was immediately detected, presenting the files ready to be viewed. Access was snappy for a 3.1 device, with no perceivable stuttering or hesitation during playback - even for very large files. The design is typical and the USB end retracts for portability and protection, with no cap to lose. I did not detect any issues like heat or excessive warmth during use. I have used this for a number of weeks on a daily basis with no playback or data loss concerns. Great value for my use case.

Simple and gets the job done
This is your pretty standard, basic thumb drive. It doesn't have any special bells and whistles. I've just used it for some basic small file storage and transfer, and it gets the job done. It's not made super tough, so I probably wouldn't keep it on my keys, but other than that, it's fine for some basic stuff at a reasonable price.

Solid basic flash drive
Bought this as a filler item to get free shipping, and it works fine. It’s a standard, reliable flash drive with plenty of storage for the price. Speeds are decent for daily tasks. It’s perfect for keeping as a backup, whether for media or as a Windows boot drive. Cheap and does exactly what it's supposed to.

Very efficient
Easy to install, I was able to view the pendrive and transferred several files and photos without difficulty. The only negative point is that its input is USB, current laptops no longer use USB, I had to buy an adapter.

Worked Perfectly
My download was much faster than I expected and worked perfectly. I thought I'd need the full 100+gigabites and it turned out, even with pictures and scans, I had plenty of space left over. This could not have gone better, and the price was right.
