I must admit, I was a bit skeptical of this supplement based on the look of the packaging and brand name, but after doing more research, huge supplements appears to be a very reputable brand with a wide array of fitness supplements. I mention this, because supplements like this are widely debated, and there is limited research on them, with mixed reports on results. Do your own research on whether you feel like turkesterone is something you want to try. Thankfully, this supplement doesn't have any side effects, so there really isn't a risk to trying it. When I first took this, I felt a little bit more warmth to my body, giving sort of that stimulant buzz. I don't always notice this sensation, bit it gives me the perception that I'm a little more pumped, and I do think I feel a little bit more energized from taking this daily. I don't necessarily notice any immediate gains in lifting performance on these, but I have been having a very successful progression when adding this to my stack along with other supplements, protein shakes, etc. Taking this regularly and lifting regularly, my muscles don't stay sore very long. I have reason to believe it is contributing, of course it is not the only contributor. I can work out at night, and the next day, my muscles aren't sore. I get some soreness from the strain on my body and in specific areas, but never in the muscle itself such as my biceps. These pills are pretty large, but I have no problem swallowing them since they are shaped well and smooth. All in all, if you are interested in turkesterone and want to give it a try, these are a good place to start.

I am new to Turkesterone, but as I was doing research on natural supplements to help with energy and performance, Turkesterone kept coming up. I read up on it and I liked what I heard. I decided to give it a try. Some other supplements I've taken will sometimes take several weeks to kick in, but this one seemed to kick in shortly after the first time I took it.I'm in my mid-40's and still go to the gym, but I don't lift like I used to. After taking this, I went and mowed the yard. It felt like I had extra energy while mowing. Now mowing is not the same as a hard workout at the gym, but it's still a good workout. I'm excited to see how it continues to help me out.Pros- Felt it after taking it the first time- Sustained energy to get things done- 2 months supplyCons- It is a softgel pill, but it is a big pill to swallow. It goes down smoothly, but it is large. If you have trouble swallowing pills, this might be an issue for you.

Got this supplement to help with my work out goals as I have been wanting to lift and have been focusing on muscle building.I am certain while each persons body is different, I found mine to be a bit hard to swallow and to be irritable somewhat on the stomach; after using it for about 5 days once a week, it became a bit more easy on stomach - but i do not see myself to get to take it everyday without any discomfort.My brother on the hand took it for a week now too and had no irritability which made me believe this supplement might be suited better to some people than others. On terms of the effectiveness - its hard to see any visible effects in the 5 weeks I have been using (4 days on average per week), but in general it does offer some enhancement in workout sets and lift energy. I would recommend anyone looking to increase there workout enhancement to perhaps test their tolerance and if it doesn't cause any discomfort and they are good with swallowing the big capsules, to give these a try. For me, I would rate these 3 on 5 stars, due to the pill size, suitability and however positive boost in weight lifting exercises.

It's difficult to evaluate products like this, especially when taken alongside other supplements. I can't find a way to make definitive statements about any proposed effects. I do tend to believe that Turkesterone does have some effect, but I don't necessarily have evidence I can turn to, in order to back that up.What I can say about this supplement in particular, is to echo what other reviewers have said, in that this pill is quite large. It's not much trouble to swallow, but I do wonder what necessitated its size. My previous Turkesterone at 600mg, was complexed with Ashwagandha at 400mg, and required two capsules to reach that dose. That should mean each one has 500mg in it, and each one of those is markedly smaller than this one. Maybe the softgel portion is just enormous, for some reason. Maybe it had to be Huge™ to stay on brand.I browsed the other product listings around this product, and while I initially wanted to call this a good price for a 2 month supply, I really couldn't find evidence to support that assertion. I saw products ranging from ~$12 a month all the way up to a brand which I think is generally considered to be the best, at $27 a month. This one is priced even above that high end.With that being said, it does seem to be a quality product and I'll continue to take this supplement, keeping an eye out for any noticeable differences.
