clean the iron sole, but keeps falling out of the holder
heat the iron, rub with the stick, and it was cleaning the soleplate and great and smooth running now. the only thing it kept falling out of the holder when rubbing it on the iron.

Quick and Easy
Cannot believe how quickly and easily this worked. It literally melted all the stubborn black gunk off within seconds! Be sure to have something under the iron to catch it all. It doesn't smell great but its also not the worst smelling cleaning product. I should have taken the advice of other reviews and taken it outside because it set off my super sensitive smoke alarms. Human error though, nothing to do with the product. Only down side was because of its wax like consistency I had to go in with cotton buds to clean out all the little holes in my iron that don't push out steam and it had to be done whilst hot. It didn't take long though but do be careful. I'm very very shocked and surprised by how well it worked!

Effective
Amazing product. It cleans my iron easily. Although the instruction is not in English, the pictures are self-explanatory. It’s advisable to do it in the sink or something similar since it melts and piping hot! I cleaned mine on a cloth but it still caused slight burn onto my carpet. The other thing to be aware is it gives off odd chemical smell. Anyway, it does the job!

Poisonous smell!
Wow, I regret using this simply because of the smell! No warning of the fumes at all (in English at least) When the iron is hot and you rub the stick on it releases a steam that is so hazardous seeming that I had to take the iron outside. I'm not a fan.It worked ok, but not worth the inhale of poison. I used Google translate on one of the warnings after the fact and it does say...don't inhale. This is hard to avoid if you have a hot iron near you that you need to rub chemicals on.In summary, I'd use baking soda paste next time. Also, it would help to have English directions (even though 11 other languages are listed)

Effective but needs care
It definitely takes out the stains on iron but it's quite toxic and can be damaging to surfaces if care is not taken.2 things you MUST do:1- only carry out cleaning outdoor, or just at the window of a well ventilated room if you don't have outdoor plugs. This is because the fume is quite strong2- make sure you place a rag under the iron to collect all the waxy debris. Also, if you use a steam iron, make sure you repeatedly release steam to clear the rust that goes into the pores while cleaning, and those that were there before.

Works well and quickly
This worked so well but there were no English instructions so I worked it out from the picture. Luckily I used the cleaning stick over the sink as the wax dripped-maybe it states this in the foreign instructions. But overall an excellent iron cleaner just put some kitchen roll down to catch the debris of melted wax

So easy to use
I bought this months ago and was putting off using it because I thought it was going to take a while to use. Took the plunge today. I took the iron out to the garage (with the garage door open) as there had been comments about the toxic smell. This is definitely worth doing - it does smell grim but just hold your nose! It took about 2 minutes to use and I wish I had taken before and after photos. Delighted! My iron now looks like new.
