The quality is very poor. It was not packed in any company packing. It was in a plastic bag ,hand sealed, like we buy some grocery. The velcro material is useless.. does not hold on . Even the strap hurts below the ears.. The velcro looks like manually stiched. Had to discard it in few days. Could not return.. Don't think the source of the belt is trustworthy .

its ok product the welcro hurts forehead and cheeks if we stretch little tight to contain air leaks from mask if we leave the atrap little loose it slips while sleeping
