Very happy with the product ! Haven't try the mop function yet. It goes under the table, TV co sole, etc where I normally had a hard time reaching using conventional vacuum. And it really gets the floor cleaned....

This is my third robot. All from xiaomi brand.And it’s the best really. I have Roborock 5 and it’s great also 5 stars. But this one is even better as expected. Stronger suction, smarter app, more options & much more sophisticated.However, my S5 wasn’t getting stuck with carpets little wooly hair on the sides, but S7 does sometimes. And S7max has awkward dust bin. It’s not easy to clean it as to comparison to S5. I know S7 is best to be used with the robot that cleans it but it’s too pricey for me to own that robot yet. However, if you can effort definitely get a robot to clean your S7

Good robot vacuum cleaner

I love this robot and it does all mopping and vacuuming perfectly. The object avoidance works well and the mobile app gives you plenty of options to control and customize all activities. Few things to keep in mind that the water and dust tanks are really small tho they are good enough to upkeep my 2bhk twice a day also, there is no warranty in UAE and spare parts are rare to find yet, they are too expensive.

It's the number 1 robot vacuum mop combo hands down.It doesn't only mop, but actually scrubs your floors.Object detection could get better with software updates though.Combine it with its Ultra dock, and you really get yourself a seamless, almost fully automated clean mopped floors.

Just to be clear, we have never owned one of these before so keep that in mind. i am not comparing this to any other robot. Also this is in English as i bought it here due the tax addons for getting it in the Amazon UK.so we just passed about 3 weeks with this item and we are overall impressed, in fact very impressed. so i will share the topics i would have liked to know before i bought. Seems most people are familiar with these and have expectations but for us newbies to the scene, this review will help, hopefully.1. can it clean everything?in a word..no. there is the usual BUT here. BUT you can never expect it to. firstly its a circular shape so corners are an issue and always will be i guess. so here is the way to think of these robots or at least this one. The objective of these machines is to do 95% of the usual work and they go on the principle of regular use. By way of example, we bought a robot grass mower about 4 years ago (this analogy will make sense, trust me). the goal of these robots is not to do everything but to do most things. they do that by (in the garden) cutting regularly so it never has grass clipping , because its always shaving .5 of a mm every time it goes out. you still have to cut the edges and areas it cant reach.This hoover works on the same principle. it will do most of the work. What it cant do is corners but does a good try, or if it cant fit under , say a sofa, well then that cleaning is up to you. One thing i would say, if you are getting a kitchen installed, make sure it is sufficiently clear of the ground for one of these robots to fit under. We have some units where it fits and 1 or 2 that are just a mm or 2 low to let it fit under. We do the parts it cant reach with a wipe , 30 seconds in the kitchen for example. If you have a sofa with a cloth cover it will not see that as something it can push under so you have to make access easy for it to fully work. It is quite smart on working out under chair legs and tables etc. Also you would be amazed sending this out each day just event to vacuum there is a surprising amount of dust it collects.2. mapping, how does that work?well on the first few runs, just let the robot do its thing. it will move around your rooms and build a map. It is kinda scary to see it auto map sofas and tables. really shows you where this tech is headed. Took about 2 maybe 3 runs to have our downstairs mapped completely. One thing i do now (kinda a personal approach) is to get it to clean room by room, that way i can close the doors (otherwise it works around them and misses whats behind the door) and get it to fully work.3. does it recognise cables etc?most of the time. we have hanging LED curtain lights, i think its cpu nearly exploded trying to work our what that was, quite funny to watch actually. eventually i lifted it out of the way. sometimes it rides up on cables (seems to do that with white power cables ) but mostly say 90% of the time skips cables and items in the way. have to say im impressed. Also has a light it uses if the room is dark.4. is it quiet?sort of. There is multiple settings from a low suction quiet mode to jet engine old style hoover action. Worth mentioning we have wooden and the click together kitchen flooring (forgot its name, vinyl? maybe). it is superb at cleaning those even on low. the low setting is quiet, cant think of something similar, maybe a gaming pc kinda noise, it is rather unique, but quieter than i expected.4. the mopping, does it work?yep, that is pretty cool. we have white flooring in the kitchen (yep, wow theres a bad idea) but this does an excellent job of cleaning it. the mop does seems to eventually only wet a central part rather than the full width of the mop but it does clean well.also there is multiple setting and im using the lowest one. EDIT (sep 6th): the mopping has 3 setting - on the high it really wets the entire width of the cloth thereby scrubbing the floor cleaner. it does not realise when the water tank is empty but thats a minor issue, if i could even call that an issue.5. the app? whats it likeThe app is pretty good actually. no hangs, got a firmware update yesterday(?) for the robot. only complaint is it always defaults to washing floors , so you haver to keep setting that to off if you want just a hoover. that selection option is in a weird place and should be more front and centre. But thats really looking for problems, it works well. its not an apple app but pretty clean look and no clutter. You can share the app easily across phones to allow your better half to also use it. FYI, this is the apple iphone version we are using.6. problems, there must be a few?only once did it do half a floor, dont know why, but pressing the clean button again is not like a tricky thing to do. i suspect that why there is firmware updates. One moan is it uses the 2.4Ghtz channel. Yeuck. okay i realise a lot of items like this use 2.4 but really, its 2022, and this item is not cheap. Also 2.4 is not very secure and consider this robot has a camera (as a suggestion do NOT activate that remote security viewing option) i dont think this is a good idea, but again, just a personal opinion. You will need to purchase accessories and they are not cheap. If you go check you will see the official ones are really expensive. I really think Roborock should include the bare minimum of marketing 'gifts'. for example cleaning fluid for robots has to be that non foaming type - why did roborock not include a small sample to get people started? why only one cloth mop or one filter (on a positive you can wash both) . For an item this price it seems a bit shortsighted by them to not add some free stuff. Also to drop any fears you do get a docking station with this version. that seems to be confusing people. its not the big cool one but works and works well.Final Thoughts?this is the big question, is it worth the price? to us, yes it is. I am sure cheaper versions will also work but i waited and waited years for this integrated mopping feature and finally here we are. if you are not looking for that feature, im sure you can get equally good results far cheaper. i always ask this question ; would i but it again ? a definite yes. I added some small new discoveries, perhaps, the old 'read the you know what manual' is in order but thats is never really going to happen. We purchased the official box set of extras (will do a review of that soon over there). spare cloths are a must and the box also contains rubberised sacrificial spinning brushes (its made of soft rubber) and 2 washable dust filters. the main rubber brush is another separate order (and nope i have no idea why they did that either). so this cost is adding up but we are still happy with it. After each run we refill the tank (for mopping), replace the mopping cloth (they are washable BTW), clean the dust box (always surprising to see the amount it collects). every odd day i go around and lift chairs out of the way, sofa covers are lifted, anything to increase its cleaning. Not sure if this is because its a novelty still or that is something we would keep doing, i guess time will tell. The multiple settings on the mopping is really nice. its not going to clean mud footprints, it will clean that typical winter wet shoes when you come in from outside.We have also tried the zone cleaning. not sure yet if thats more a gimmick or not. Maybe people who use these robots for longer would be able to answer that one better.Also got a weird clean cycle today where it kept cleaning the same parts of the kitchen. it was a one off and im putting that down to a bug. i paused it, moved it a bit and restarted and off it went back on track. overall remarkably little issues. Still the odd power cable its tangles with but again im really looking for issues here.So still high scores and our hoover for downstairs has not appeared once since purchase. Also i might be looking for positives here but the dust quantities does seem reduced (would make sense) and as someone who gets those sneeze bouts with dust, this is most excellent. Will update here is anything else of interest arises.

Wir haben am 13.07.2022 einen Roborock S7 MaxV und eine zugehörige Dockingstation für Schmutzwasser, Frischwasser und Staubabsaugung gekauft. Zu dieser Zeit war gerade PrimeDay und wir haben den Roboter und die Dockingstation separat bei AMAZON gekauft, da die Einzelbestellung günstiger als das Komplettpaket "Ultra" war. Zunächst einmal ist der Gesamtpreis von € 1359 schon "shocking", als technikaffiner Heimwerker wollte ich das Teil probieren um uns ( 1 x Rentner, 1 x Angestellt) von der Saug- und Wischarbeit zu entlasten. Was soll ich sagen....Begeisterung PUR!!Der Roboter wird mittels App gestartet, nimmt per Lasertechnik die Räume und darin befindliche Möbel auf und saugt den Boden (in Fahrtrichtung vorne) und wischt feucht auf (in Fahrtrichtung hinten).Nebenbei liegt man in der "Horizontalen" und sieht dem Roboter per Kamera in der App (auf Handy und / oder Tablett) bei seiner Tätigkeit zu. Man kann bis zu 4 Stockwerke aufzeichnen lassen, die Räume individuell benennen (Schlafzi., Büro, etc.) und sogar zusammenhängene Räume teilen (Wohnzi.- / Esszi.). Man kann die Saugstärke individuell einstellen, gleiches bei der Wischintensität/Feuchtigkeit. Man kann einen Zeitplan vorgeben, zu dem der Roboter ein bestimmtes Zimmer oder mehrere Zimmer oder die komplette Etage reinigen soll. Er unterscheidet zwischen Teppich einerseits (dort wird nur gesaugt) und Fließen/Parkett/Linoleum (hier wird gesaugt und feucht gewischt). Man kann den Roboter auf Befehl zur Dockingstation fahren lassen, oder Zeit (Dauer der Reinigungstätigkeit) angeben, nach der er wirder zur Dockingstation fährt. In der D-Station wird der aufgesaugte Staub/Krümel/etc.) in einen großen Staubbeutel abgesaugt, anschließend wird der Wischmob mittels kräftiger Bürste und Frischwasser (Tank in der D-Station) gereinigt, das dabei anfallende Schmutzwasser wird abgesagt und Frischwasser von der D-Station in den Robotertank gefüllt (um den Wischmob beim Putzen schön feucht zu halten). Den großen Schmutzwassertank muss man gelegentlich leeren (Mitteilung erfolgt per Signal) und Frischwasser in den Frischwassertank nachfüllen (Mitteilung erfolgt per Signal). Natürlich erklimmt der Roboter keine Treppen, in ein anderes Stockwerk muss man ihn schon tragen. Aber dort abgesetzt und gestartet begibt man sich wieder in die "Horizontale" :-)Für unsere Erstreinigung von 120m2 hat er 2h (also 120min) gebraucht. Dabei kann man einstellen, ob er 1 x oder 2 x oder 3 x saugen und wischen soll - in unserem Fall waren wir nach 1 x durchfahren der Räume vollauf zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Wir erleichtern ihm die Arbeit, indem wir Stühle und hohe Wollteppiche "hochlegen" (auf Tisch oder Bett). Dann muss er nicht um die Stuhlbeine herumkurven (das macht ihm nichts aus, kostet aber Zeit, weil er sehr vorsichtig an Hindernisse heranfährt). Tja, was soll ich noch schreiben, aus dieser Rezension ist sicherlich unsere Begeisterung zu lesen. Dauerhaltbarkeit wird sich zeigen, Stabil und Hochwertig sind die Produkte ganz sicher. Update der Software erfolgt automatisch (kabellose Internetverbindung vorausgesetzt). Sollte es zu Störungen kommen, werden wir hier ein Update posten.Wem die fast € 1400 nicht zu teuer sind, der ist gut beraten und darf auch im Beisein seiner Frau die Brotkrümel zukünftig einfach vom Tisch auf den Boden "wischen" :-)

Roborock S6 maxV 100 mal besser. Ich habe s6 maxV und vom paar Tage S7 maxV gekauft. Müllbechelter grösser alls bei S6 maxV aber ausschnitt für Müll eingang 1 cm von Boden, wenn du Bechelter rausnimmst fäld ganzes müll aus dem Ausschnitt raus. Gibt es keine magnetsensoren mehr. Ich habe mit S6 maxV Probleme im engen raum gehabt, mit S7 maxV genau gleiche Probleme, mit s7 maxV suga noch mehr S6 maxV fährt unter das Bett und mach da sauber und S7 maxV verweigert, ich habe schon alles ausprobirt kein Schanz.S6 maxV sammelt Fusseln vom Plüschtier auf dem Teppich S7 maxV sehr schlecht.Ich bin sehr sehr enttäuscht.Investieren Sie im Schrott entwicklung kein Cent.Wenn ihr doch roboter braucht dann lieber Roborock S6 maxV

In Kombi mit der Roborock Ultra Auto Wash Docking Station, das beste was ich bisher an Saug-Robbi hatte. Auch die Robo-App ist klar und verständlich. Sowohl die Saugfunktion als auch die Wischfunktion liefern TOP Ergebnisse ab.Nachtrag: das passende Video zum wischen auf Fliesen des Robbi S7 MaxV findet ihr bei der Roborock Ultra Auto Wash Docking Station, ist leider vertauscht worden.

Schnell geliefert, alles bestens, dazu muss man bei Amazon nicht viel sagen.Seit 2019 hatte ich den Roborock S5 im Einsatz und war sehr zufrieden mit dem Saugen. Es war auch klar, ich möchte nicht mehr auf einen Saugroboter verzichten. Mit dem Wischen war ich nie so ganz zufrieden und hab es auch selten genutzt, weil es einfach nicht streifenfrei wurde und ich letztendlich immer mit der Hand nachwischen musste. Es war also klar, wenn es da mal was besseres gibt........Dann war es soweit, Roborock stellte den S7 maxV Ultra vor. Alles an Tests gelesen, was man finden konnte und immer damit geliebäugelt. Auch über ein Konkurrenzprodukt nachgedacht. Überzeugt, bei Roborock zu bleiben: kenne die App schon und das Anheben des Mops bei Teppich (hab einen Läufer auf den Fliesen liegen, den will ich nicht immer wegräumen).Da man derzeit den Roboter eh nicht zusammen mit der Ultra Station bei Amazon bekommt, hab ich erst mal den Roboter bestellt um das Wischen zu testen und zu schauen, ob die Station lohnt.Nach dem Auspacken in Betrieb genommen und gleich mal enttäuscht worden. Bei der ersten Runde durch die Wohnung ist er teilweise in die Räume nur halb gefahren und ins Wohnzimmer gar nicht. Generell war die erste Erkundung sehr "konfus". Das hat der S5 deutlich besser gekonnt.Dann dachte ich, gut, bei der zweiten Mal macht er dann den Rest und alles besser. Von wegen. Die zuvor halb besuchten Zimmer wie Küche (dort steht auch die Ladestation) hat er zwar dann komplett gemacht, aber ins Wohnzimmer wollte er wieder nicht. Ich hab den Staubsauger dann in den Wohnzimmerbereich gebracht und eingeschaltet, siehe da, endlich hat er auch den Bereich erkundet und kartografiert.Nachdem er endlich die ganze Wohnung kartografiert hatte, konnte ich die Räume nach Wunsch anlegen und benennen. Das für mich Wichtigste, das Wischen beherrscht er deutlich besser als der S5. Die Böden wurden deutlich streifenfreier als mit dem S5, was mich dann dazu bewog, die Ultra Station nachzukaufen. Mittlerweile hab ich Beides in Betrieb und bin begeistert. Zusammen mit der Station sind meine Böden streifenfrei sauber.Allerdings ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Navigation noch immer ziemlich konfus abläuft und deutlich schlechter ist, als beim S5. Normalerweise, wenn ich saugen lasse, stelle ich die Stühle vom Esszimmer weg damit er freiere Fahrt hat. Ab und an hab ich keine Lust dazu. Der S5 ist dann durch die Stühle gekurvt, wie er halt konnte und war zügig fertig. Der S7 maxV hat neulich in dem Bereich über eine halbe Stunde in wilder kreuz und quer Fahrt zugebracht und ist da rumgekurvt, als ob er keine Navigation hätte. Evtl. hängt das mit der Hinderniserkennung und den Einstellungen dazu zusammen. Jetzt stelle ich die Stühle halt immer weg, dann klappt das besser.Alles in allem bekommt man mit dem S7 maxV in Verbindung mit der Ultra Station eine der, wenn nicht DIE beste Kombination, um die Wohnung ohne viel Aufwand sauber zu halten. Das Wischergebnis ist nicht weit weg vom händischen Wischen und ist für täglich Wischen (z.B. Küche) mehr als ausreichend. Ab und an dann noch mal mit dem großen Mop drüber und fertig.Wer das Geld hat und ausgeben kann und möchte, der wird an dem Roboter viel Freude haben.
