Great for baking
I’ve purchased this almond flour at least five times and it hasn’t failed me. It’s been ideal for baking macarons, the flour is fine enough with only a few larger pieces left in the sieve. My macarons come out looking and tasting great. Not an oily almond flour and milled quite fine so it’s fabulous for baking. Highly recommend.
