The best thing about these is capacity. Before I’d be refilling at least once a week, more if we had visitors. The jar on these holds a LOT of soap. We now buy soap in bulk and refill which has the added bonus of cutting down our plastic consumption. The black colour on top looks really cool and has a good contrast against the white sink so it’s easy to see in the night without the light on.

The nut which tightens the two parts of the cap together unfortunately snapped after a few weeks of use. However, customer support was simply excellent, replying within the same day and offering a full refund plus two replacements for the broken wing nut. I was amazed, to say the least. I'll now be looking for reasons to buy more of these for friends and family!

Bought this product because i noticed they sell bulk of my favourite hand soap so instead or purchasing the smaller ones, i just bought a dispenser, It arrived quickly and the pump looks sturdy enough to survive my children. I did however, order it thinking it would arrive with the ball mason written on the side but in fact the jar that arrived was mason jar size but had some berries which is not what the sale picture shows so i was a little disappointed. Otherwise i'm happy with my purchase as i could always swap the pump out later to an actual mason jar. I've only had this product for about 1 month but so far no issues with it apart from the little aesthetic issue i'm happy and it was great value for money compared to some others.
