I purchased these to move a heavy L-shaped desk to access the wall behind it. Worked so wel (on carpet) that I put it them under a shelving units and table with a heavy printer on it as well. The plastic base makes it slide well, and the thick foam on the top keeps the legs in place. (Unlike the felt-bottomed metal protectors I used to use where the furniture legs slide off it easily. I purchased more for under chair and metal shelf legs on our wood floors, but have not tried them yet. Will add to this review when I do.

We converted a spare bedroom to a workout room, and these enabled us to move heavy furniture without hiring professionals or calling friends. The felt pads worked perfectly on our laminate floors, and we just switched to the plastic pads when crossing the threshold onto carpet.Make sure that you sweep or vacuum the floor you'll be moving over, so you don't drag any grit that could scratch the floor or the pads. These were inexpensive and did the job nicely.

I just recently moved and these have been so helpful in moving furniture and other heavier items.I love that one side is to use for carpets, and the other for other styles of hard flooring.This made it easier to move and gave me greater confidence in moving items.Easy to lift each side of furniture piece and go slide these right under. You can leave them under a specific piece if you will be rearranging or moving it often, or you can remove them once done moving that one item, and keep reusing them.Size works well. So far they have worked great and been easy to use, durable and have held up under some heavy furniture without any problems at all. They are all in tact and so is my floor.The only issue I had was in moving one smaller thing, which was a larger potted plant.Since it was not as heavy as some other items I moved, it seemed to not stay in place.I also realized I just needed one to move it as I went along. Just working with it, I saw what I needed and what I had to do.I was able to maneuver it fine and in the process everything stayed in perfect shape. I just needed one and to move a little differently as it was not a heavy piece like others I had been using these for.Still got it to work though and these were super helpful and glad I have them.Im assured that moving any furniture or changing anything around will be much easier and safer using these pads. Carpets of hardwood, tile, or any other vinyl flooring, this worked great! Again loved the double sided materials so you can just flip to whatever side you need. Convenient and easy to use and a huge help.

I had a very large, very heavy solid oak dresser that would have taken two men to budge. I bought these in an attempt to move it and they made it a one man job. They let me just slide it across a carpeted floor. Worked better than I expected.

Good quality. Worked great so I could easily move my dryer so repairman could easily reach back panel.
