Q: My hair stylist sold me a bottle of this, very thick and will not come out of the flip top. I must open lid and pound it on my palm. Is this normal?

Very thick! But it doesn't take much and I love this product. I have long hair that is highlighted so prone to being very dry. This stuff works great.
