Easy install, remove the old worn-out battery by taking out 3 screws. install the adapter in its place, put the 3 screws back, and now you can use Dewalt 20v batteries on your Dyson handheld vacuum cleaner. What's not to like? I have 20+ Dewalt batteries, so my Vaccum never runs out of power now.

I was totally shocked when I found out that I could use my Dewalt batteries for my Dyson vacuum. That was a serious plus in my book.

I had the hand held Dyson for quite a while and the Dyson battery was done. I have been a Makita cordless tool owner for a while also so this just made sense for me. Already had the charger and batteries so I thought I would give it a shot. So happy I did, my handheld vacuum is back in the game and my car floor has never been cleaner.I will note that the fitment was not perfect but it works and I am very happy with this product.

It only took 2 screws to remove the old piece and 1 screw to install the new piece. It seems sturdy even without the extra screw. The included trigger holder seems a little cheap like it might not last, but works fine and I will take my chances for the added comfort. This is an early review, but I am happy upon initial impressions. If the wife has any issues using it, I'll update the review.

WOW! Product is awesome! Allows the use of both 20/60 volt large and the small 20 volt batteries. With the large battery, we can do the whole house on the high power vacuum setting! Its a bit heavier, but the balance is not all whacked out. We were about to toss the whole Dyson combo in the trash out of frustration, but because of this little adapter it lives to suck another day.....probably many days. If you already have these Dewalt batteries for your blower, weed-eater, drills, etc. and you have a Dyson, this is a must.
