this is a new venture I'm trying and its clearly written so easy to follow

Huge range of techniques well explained and illustrated. Much better value than some of the branded baking books and well received as a gift. Would recommend.

The book is clearly laid out with lots of recipes for different cake decorations. Great value and has been put to good use already.

I got this for myself as a early xmas gift, haven't tried it yet but i am very excited.

I love to decorate and make cakes as a hobby when I have the time. I have many cake books and this one is by far my new favorite. I ended up checking it out at my local library and loving it so much I bought it. Why? The recipes are not just the run of the mill cake and frosting recipes. Some of my favorites are a modeling chocolate recipe, embossing, marzipan, and piping and decorating tips. This book goes in depth with info and pictures like many DK books do, ehivh I love. It uses actual recipes that you make, not just cake mixes and canned frosting. I like making my own ingrediants and I look forward to using this book more on future cake adventures.

Bought this book to go along with my daughter-in-laws Wilton cake tips set. She was very excited and pleased when she saw the book. When I skimmed through the book, I was happy with my purchase.
