Can’t believe I waited so long to buy it!
Much like the Atlas 150 pasta machine this attachment is designed for, the same solidity and quality of construction are present here too.I’m delighted at how well this gadget works too.... such a revelation having only made ravioli by hand until now.A word of caution though, be careful not to over fill it otherwise you’ll end up running out of pasta whilst there’s still filling present in the hopper. The cutting rollers are removable allowing for easy cleaning, and the rugged stainless steel chassis wipes clean with the minimum of effort so keeping it clean is, thankfully, a breeze. An instruction manual, clearly detailing how lay the pasta out, fill and operate this attachment, is also included - so there’s no need to search YouTube for instructional videos upon unboxing. In conclusion: definitely worth buying for anyone who’s serious about making fresh ravioli.

Getting the hang of it and then it’s easy.
Great item. Could not wait to try it and it did not disappoint. There is a knack to using it. Only use half full hopper at a time so you don’t run out of pasta before the filling and it helps when the filling is being pushed gently down while cranking slowly. When you start make sure you turn the crank until you see the bottom of pasta coming through underneath without filling and then add the hopper and filling otherwise it can scrunch up with the filling and make a bit of a mess. Once got the hang of it it was easy. Ravioli do not come apart easy but it’s no trouble to cut them with pastry wheel afterwards. I am happy with the attachment.

Pasta made simple
I bought this for my other half. He makes gorgeous pasta and I eat it! It is simple to use and it was definitely worth spending out on a decent model.

Hubby now creates delicious fresh ravioli like a pro
Works really well. I does take some practice though, so don't be disheartened if the first couple of batches come out badly. Hubby now creates delicious fresh ravioli like a pro!

So far, kind of meh!
So far, tried it a couple of times and I'm not entirely impressed. The machine is fiddly and the filling is small.I do plan to persevere and will update the review once I've tried it more, but personally I find rolling two sheets of pasta, popping the filling on one side, putting the other sheet on top and then using a pasta cutter much better at the moment.

Doesn't work. Don't waste your money.
This doesn't make decent raviolis. unfortunately every ravioli split when it was put in water. It's a terrible and expensive add-on. It was a birthday present that I can't return. Please don't make the mistake I did. Don't buy it.
