It genuinely helps hide the love handles and is amazing at hiding man boobs or gyno. The fit is nice and the material is good, easy to put on and doesn't stink if you sweat a lot. It really does help boost your confidence when walking around because you feel more built. Good product recommend definitely.

Bought 2, one large and one extra large as I followed the size guide and wanted one a bit tighter to try and hold in my belly a bit (I’m not obese, just a bit wobbly) and give me some posture support.Tried the large on first and it was useless, no support anywhere what so ever. Didn’t bother trying the extra large on because if I had no support from the ‘tighter’ large then the bigger size would be even worse.If you want a semi tight, stretchy, badly fitting, rubbish looking vest, this is the one for you

It’s comfortable and easy to wear.I use it as a gentle chest binding aid.It compresses me enough rather than a full boob binder for daily use. Much easier in this heat and I forget I’m wearing it.I have one in black and one is white for the lighter shirts.I wear size large vest (L) I’m a 18/20 Uk ladies size. XL is too big too act as a chest binder as it fits like a top would which defeats the point of binding.Overall a good option.

The only thing I can say, is it looks good, fits good, stretches really well, But,...I didn't do anything to shape my stomach atall, having done before and after pics. with a t shirt in there was no difference. It may work for others, if you do try one, buy the same size as you would a normal t shirt, they are very small but really stretch.

Should had given more credit to reviews saying it's a waste of money ... But give the product a chance and seems to help. No, miracles don't exist
