Bacheldre Watermill Organic Stoneground Strong Fine Ground Wholemeal Flour 1.5 kg (Pack of 4)

I ordered this flour twice (block of 4 packets at a time). By the time I got round to using the first packet of the second order I was just a month away from the expiry date. Now I have 3 packets of this flower expired two weeks ago. This is unacceptable in my opinion and I will not be buying this again unless I am assured that I have a good 6 months of shelf life.

An exceedingly well grounded product. I do hesitate now in buying flour "off the shelf" in the supermarket. After all, bread is a daily consumption for most of us, so putting that bit more effort in getting the best is essential. After all, it really doesn't cost that much to get the best. So from me, a recommended purchase

Ordered this as wanted an Organic flour to make indian Chapatti's. Was not sure it would be suitable but it has been great for making chapatti's. It's a shame it is out of stock in the bigger bags as that would be more cost effective.

I like this flour, haven't got good results on its own but brilliant results when mixed with the plain. That's just down to my skills though.

great product. already have some other from this watermill. Arrived in Italy without problem.

Great quality bread for making lovely bread

Lovely flour to use and works perfectly in my Panasonic Bread Maker. Gives a lovely rise without adding extra yeast as some flours need.

This is OK, it's good flour with a nice flavour, but it's not really finely ground enough. What you need, if you're looking for that, is some wholemeal chapati flour
