Worthless pills. Tried this as a change from another Brand, one that did help; this one had me wearing out my slippers running to the bathroom all night. Dumped in garbage. Wasted 30 bucks & reordered the one that did help.

I take one capsule every morning, and it does the trick. I seem to recall it took about a week before it was fully effective, but it is very effective. No more standing in front of the urinal for 2 or 3 minutes wishing you could pee.
