It was already opened by someone and returned
Pens didn’t have the seal. Looks like it was used by some other people. Bottle was not sealed.

Only Looks good, Low Efficiency & Cost-Productivity ratio!
Too Thin & Small refill is given in the pen. It exhausted within a week. So paying 15rs for a pen that ends within a week is nothing but waste of money!! I have attached picture, you can see!!Flair is looting money, I am in deep regret my other pen ends for too long but this pen is costlier than others n ink ends within a week.Will never waste money again.
