Does anybody buy this twice?
First off, the claim that the package was handed to resident was untrue. It was abandoned on the doorstep. Secondly the packet was split down both sides. The actual powder doesn't dissolve well. Very foamy. Not buying this again.

Great for smoothies
It doesn't have flavour, so it's great to use in smoothies along with fruits/vegetables. Don't mix with (cow) milk products as it does trigger gas production - mix it instead with almond milk/oat milk or any other non-animal milk (or simply water). I highly recommend it to those who hate artificial flavours and additives (including sugars) from regular protein shakes.

La solubilità è molto buona, senza la creazione dj grumi e il sapore neutro permette l'aggiunta di altri ingredienti, quali ad esempio il cacao amaro, creando mix sicuramente più sani e gustosi rispetto alle classiche proteine industriali.
