This works wonders, wish I had found this a long time ago. Covers thinning areas with ease and you can’t tell. Gives you extra confidence and no worry with photographs highlighting thinning.I would recommend using with hairspray. This doesn’t come out with rain and just needs shampoo to remove. I highly recommend this product after being sceptical.

My rating is for the product, not the brand. There are cheaper ways to find the same product. This is a good product for people whose hair is thinning. It will not bring back receding hair and will look stupid if you try it. I have thinning hair on the front of my head, especially in summer and this really does make it look thicker. It takes a little bit of practice to learn not to coat your forehead with it. Put it on by separating your hair with a comb then comb through. It attaches to the scalp and colours it giving the appearance of thicker coverage. Then style to fix your hair in place. I always use spray so I believe that the spray also keeps the fibres attached to the scalp, I've no idea if without the spray they would unattach during a windy day or in the rain. I went on a waterslide and got really wet (without submerging my head) and the fibers did not move. Yet it comes off really easily washing hair normally in the shower. There must be a permanent alternative to putting this on every day such as tattooing which I am now going to investigate. I'm very happy with the product and I'm going to buy the cheaper alternatives next time. My advice would be to instantly go for the cheaper alternatives such as the refil packs and fill an old talcom powder tube. Very much cheaper than this.

this is an amazing product, i lost nearly all the hair on the top of my head at a young age and then over the last two years i ave had two very successful hair transplants i still need one more to finish the thickening of my crown but this product creates the illusion that i have a very thick head of hair this would not have worked before i had the transplant as it requires a number of hairs to be present in order for the fibres to bond to what you have to create a thickening effect. if you are thinning but still have some coverage it will work well but if you have say lost a lot of hair and have a defined bald patch i can't imagine it would work well! you must insure that it is washed out well i'd say at least every other day or the fibres can build up on top of each other and it can form large lumps which looks worse than just being bald. i use a small amount of wax or putty in the hair first to give it some texture, brush and style through, then add the hair fibres and push/flick into place then secure with a hairspray, it dosent wash out in light rain but i wouldn't fancy its chances in prolonged rainfall. I've tried several brands and find the toppik brand to work best for myself i think its overpriced but to be honest the results are that good and the confidence and difference it makes to you i honestly think i would still buy it at ten times the price and i think the suppliers know this and thats why they sell you a small bottle of dust for £55 but it gets 5 stars from me

Used this product for a few years now. Pros: give you confidence when you are out and does make your hair look thicker. Cons. Not rainproof and blows out of your hair in a strong wind even when using hairspray. The worst thing is if there is very hot sun particularly at midday the fibres turn sage green which is very embarrassing. So always have a sun hat with you on days like that. Also never sit directly under a light or with your back to a window as the fibres seem to disappear and you are back to your very thin hair. Also flash camera pictures makes it all disappear and reveals your think hair.

This is the best thing since real hair. I have tried everything since my hair started suddenly thinning at the age of just 14! 6yrs later and a whole lot of iron, zinc tablets and sulphur free shampoos on top of me being anemic, my hair has not improved. I have thinning at the front and honestly, its effecting the rest of my hair because any thin area effects the rest. I have been thinking of buying the hairmax but it only works on hereditary and hormonal hairloss (which I think is me) but it takes a long time to see results, If any. I known about hair building fibres but never tried it, I finally gave in because standing in the mirror for hours trying to cover up the thinning and only being able to wear my hair one way is depressing. Toppik is the BEST money I have ever spent. I am stocking up and will NEVER be without it. I'm going to use toppik while I treat my hair with hairmax because hairmax causes shedding before hair any hair regrowth, and I want to get my healthy thick hair back permanently without needing hair fibres. Toppik does not run if you sweat and looks as natural real hair. It can stay in for up to 7days, just to test its full potential, I kept it in for 4days and it looks as good as the 1st day. I have got my confidence back. AMAZING! THANK YOU!

Good item for caver

I first started using Toppik about two years ago and I'm so glad that I found out that it existed. It's aimed at men but it really is a unisex product. Like many women my hair started to thin as I got older - not a lot I could do about it as it's genetic. I tried all the vitamins and I eat a healthy diet but still my scalp started to show through (exacerbated by the fact that my hair is dark but my scalp isn't) and this affected my confidence and happiness as I was so self-concious. I can still remember the first time I used Toppik and how amazed I was by the result - from having very thin hair on the top of my scalp (fortunately it's quite thick everywhere else) I suddenly had a full, thick head of hair on top again, that looked completely natural. So, if like me you suffer from thinning hair give Toppik a go, you'll be so pleased that you did.
