I have put up with chronic indigestion and heartburn for years. After bad experiences on the prescribed medication from my Doctor I resolved to try to manage this naturally without medication.I’ve always exercised and competed in endurance competitions, so that helps. If you've ever had to take a course of antibiotics for a few days you may suffer from unpleasant gastro-enteritis-like symptoms as your gut flora will take a proper pasting.This stuff will get you feeling MUCH better in a few days. It works out rather cheaper than many of the gelatin capsule-based probiotics. After another month I'll drop down to just 15ml in the morning.If you think you could benefit from probiotics then I strongly recommend you try bio-live.

Excellent product, coffee use to give me gut irritation for years before I started using this and I would rely on things like Rennie. Since using this for several months I have no more irritation at all from certain acidic foods and drinks that use to trigger it before, very happy and always go for liquid probiotics as they can survive in liquid form, I have found most are useless by the time you consume them if in tablet or capsule form.

I didn't feel any improvement with my self... Taste like a pickle juice mix with beer... Very expensive for a mix malted pickle juice
