I use this from my Macbook Pro to my drum module to play along to music (drumless tracks). It works well with the Macbook. I like the color of the cable too it looks high-quality in person. Taking off a half star due to the tolerance of the plug (doesn't seem to fit quite as well as other minis in my Macbook) and lack of long term durability. But overall I'd recommend this.

These are amazing, i use them for my instruments. They come in a pair of two.I use one from my amp to PC and one for my amp to headphones.They work, i even stepped on them to see how they’d fare and it seems that they produce good sound quality even after being tested !
