Frozen Wonderland Silicone Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.Create your own Winter Wonderland cake with this lovely ensemble! There is a striking icicle border, measuring approximately 2-3/4 x 14 inches, as well as a frozen gust decoration of 3-7/8 x 9-1/2. Multiple beautiful snowflakes round out this collection, ranging in size from 1-3/8 inches across to 3-3/8 inches across. Use the larger snowflakes to make coordinating cupcakes!!The mat itself measures approximately 11-3/4 x 15-3/4 inches. The mold is highly flexible and durable. Heat resistance is from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C). Flexible, non-stick, food-quality silicone for easy removal! FDA approved.This mold can be used with any one of a number of confectionery lace products, including Sugar Dress and Cake Lace mixes.

Very happy with my purchase
While I’m new to sugarlace and this is probably one of the more difficult mats I could have attempted learning on, I did finally get the hang of it and was very happy with the end result. The snowflakes were beautiful, delicate and detailed and I loved the way they enhanced my cake. It’s very easy to clean and seems durable. I was a little shocked by the price at first, but this is something I will have for years and will get many uses out of. In the bed I’m glad I didn’t choose to go with a cheaper, low quality option

I love this mat
I love this mat, but there is definitely a learning curve to use it. I had to watch YouTube videos and read suggestions. The third time I used the mat I finally got the beautiful snow flakes o was looking for. Totally worth the time it took.

This is a great lace mat. It is easy to use and the cake lace comes out beautiful.
