Great for absolute beginners with the flexiblility to do the trickier jobs
I’ve never held a welding torch in my life and after a few practice welds and lots of YouTube tutorials I could get some pretty decent welds out of this. I welded a frame for a trike using 4mm thick mild steel box section.The only thing I would watch out for is for feeder which pushes the wire through seems slightly under powered so feeding the wire through on fresh rolls seems tricky, I’ve had a few welds spark out because the feed rate would vary.. this seems to settle out once you’ve run some wire through.

feed mechanism slips easily have to keep resetting and welding wire sent was fluxless and no use for the welder

Flawed
Although intuitive & easy to use this machine is flawed in several ways. The wire feed motor doesn’t appear powerful enough to ensure a constant feed at the required speed. The machine is not fan cooled which leads to it quickly overheating & not being able to weld within the duty cycle which is frustrating when seam welding. Also, the torch is live so will weld as soon as contact is made. Had to return as it was too flawed for the money.

good machine for car panels
All seems fine, easy to use, have welded new seals on my sons Daewoo matiz, and the metal is like wafer thin, but this machine has done the job well, so very much pleased I bought it, great for thin body panel.

Came with live torch so sent back and then found out from company it must have been faulty , brought a different brand with more amps
