Absolutely delicious - I initially bought it to use in baking but ate the jar - on my 2nd jar now! Just have a little teaspoon when I need something sweet :) when it was delivered it was very runny - I keep it in the fridge so it’s nice and thick instead

I used to have these shipped from Sicily ,this is subtly sweet and can be used in ice cream ,cakes ,patisserie or even on its own in multipurpose usage ,Amazon has made it prime delivery so it comes much cheaper than from etna and its convenient too so enjoy this gourmet delicacy at home ,its well worth the price and i cannot see it in supermarkets yet .

Will update once I’ve used it but I just wanted to review the packaging in case I forget later! Impressed that this glass jar came in a neat polystyrene holder with disks on top and below (had already put the bottom one in the bin when I took the photo). Great attention to detail. Just hope it tastes delicious in my profiteroles now!

Lovely

I felt the flavouring of the cream was too subtle and I had to add artificial flavouring to the cake mix. But having said that the cream gives a lovely natural colour to the cake. Sort out the flavour and it will be perfect.

Used this on a homemade baked cheesecake and it added new flavours. This will compliment may deserts and great stand alone. Quite sweet and rich but great flavours.

It’s a good taste but it’s a bit pricey based on nut percentage.I taste more like white chocolate with nut aftertaste. It’s misleading, and not entirely described, I was looking for pistachio paste for my Christmas panettone not a white chocolate+pistachio spreadable cream
