These telescopic step ladders are great they are sturdy and easy to adjust but beware that they are heavy but this adds to the stability all in all good value for money. Also great that they are not too big when folded so reasonably easy to store

Item comes with no instructions on use, but relatively easy to work out. great piece of kit and sturdy. The middle of my stairwell has a very high and almost impossible to reach ceiling, even with a chair or step ladder my 6ft + son can't reach and most extendable poles struggled to reach. minus 1 star purely because of missing instructions which I think would benefit first time users of this type of ladder. otherwise I would give a full house of stars, This item from this seller is affordable and worth it just to get rid of them darn cobwebs in the corner. Can't wait to decorate the stair with my new toy. My only hurdle now is braving the ladder with a pot of paint.Item arrived fairly quick, 1 day between purchase and arrival using standard delivery.

This ladder fulfills my requirements very well indeed - mostly I actually use it as a step ladder in its unextended form where it's an extremely stable platform for working on objects at ordinary house ceiling height. The fact that it can also be used as a normal height step ladder as well as extended all the way as a straight ladder makes it invaluable; most importantly it fits in the car boot very easily and takes up next to no space in the shed when not required.

This is a great ladder, intuitive in terms of assembly - note you need to attach the longer foot yourself as it comes separately with screws and nuts, a process which did take a few minutes to figure out (find your toolkit!) and feels safe and secure, used an ‘A’ frame or traditional ladder.The ‘click out and in’ feature with spring loaded arms used for raising and lowering the ladder leaves one feel very secure and there is no real flex on the rungs even when the ladder is fully extended.I bought a stand off - for gutter work - separately and also a hook for attaching a bucket and felt 100% confident doing the leaf clearing job.The only downside to this security is extra weight, which I was aware of prior to purchase.Nonetheless the trade off with feeling secure for me (late 50’s) was a no brainer.Happy to recommend.

I have now used this ladder on two hall, stairs and landing painting projects. At first I found the ladder a bit awkward to adjust and manoeuvre in tight areas but I have now got used to the flexibility it offers and would recommend unreservedly. The extended stability feet are too wide for most staircases in older houses but the ladder works equally well without it. Ladder stability in high tight stairwells is less of an issue than access. This is where this ladder is a real winner as the extending options mean you can reach high areas. A good, solid, flexible piece of kit that I am glad I invested in.

Arrived when promised. Very sturdy and feels safe when in use. Like the variety of uses. Find them a little on the heavy side but getting older with a heart condition!! Would recommend.
