Great speakers, replaced the standard Pioneer speakers in my ...
Great speakers, replaced the standard Pioneer speakers in my Saab 93. The difference they made even with the stock stereo was amazing, but when paired with a decent system they really come alive. They are still powered by the standard Saab amplifier as is the (also Hertz) centre speaker, the door bass 6.5 inch (Hertz HV 165L) speakers and rear 6X9 (Hertz HCX 690) are powered by a JL audio 4 channel amp and these little 3.5 inch speakers still hold their own and blend in perfectly with with the bigger, more expensive and better powered other speakers. They sound great at enough volume to comfortably block out wind noise with all windows open at 70 Mph, turn it up much more than that and the treble gets a little harsh. Can't recommend them enough for the price.

Great quality sound at a bargain price
Hertz might not be one of the best known speaker brands but for the price the sound quality surpasses popular brands such as pioneer and JVC - super value and quality

Cheap and cheerful
Sound quality is clean, but very much lacks on low end bass response. If you're looking at this to replace your standard door speakers, they're nothing wow or special, but with a sub woofer it is manageable

Recommended item, especially suited for Rears.
I installed these into the back of my coupe. Excellent sound, even when faded back to play on their own. And the result is, they sound very nice. Plenty of Bass and high end detail as well. I'm sure the quality install added to end result. Recommended item, especially suited for Rears.

Good quality sound
Absolutely brilliant speakers will definitely be ordering a set to upgrade the rear door speakers next.

If you have a hybrid vehicle. These are good on the ears. More detail than oem, a little bit more ooomf. I tried pioneer but it's just unbearable in a quiet cabin with plastic and glass reflection. Not bad You need to play for about a month is mid to low volume for them to open up. Out of the box sound does not do any aftermarket speaker justice, especially ones thst has higher power rating, they take a while to loosen up.
