Brilliantly effective and high quality.
These are amazing. Superb quality, light and easy to use. Much better than the blow-up arm bands we had as kids, these are very supportive giving your children easy confidence with their buoyancy in the water. As they learn to swim, tread water and become more confident, you can just remove one float at a time from each arm, reducing the support in a gradual fashion. These are expensive, we bought them because the swim school use them, and we've taken these away on holidays to centre parcs and abroad. The downside is that they do take-up a lot of room in a suitcase, but at least they weigh so little as to have negligible impact on your luggage allowance. Very high perceived quality, no damage or marks at all on the bands they have a great, solid yet light feel. The colours can be sorted in any order, so it's easy to distinguish between his and hers if your babies squabble ! Ours have had these since they were two years old in the swimming pool. Overall, great quality and very effective in the water.

DELPHIN ARM BANDS
I BOUGHT THESE ARM BANDS FOR MY SIX YEAR OLD SON WHO HAS A SKELETAL DISORDER WHERE HIS LONG BONES HAVE NOT DEVELOPED FULLY I.E. HIS UPPER ARMS & UPPER LEGS. USING THE INFLATABLE BANDS REALLY GAVE HIM VERY LIMITED MOBILITY & WOULD CUT INTO HIS ARMS WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.I READ QUITE A FEW VERY POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THE DELPHIN BANDS & DECIDED,EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE,THE RESULT WOULD HOPEFULLY BE WORTH IT!WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM HOLIDAY AND THE RESULTS WERE GREAT! WE STARTED HIM ON 2 BANDS PER ARM AND HIS MOBILITY WAS FANTASTIC.THE BANDS GAVE HIM THE SUPPORT HE NEEDED WHILST ALSO GIVING HIM CONFIDENCE IN THE WATER.ON THE COMMENTS ABOUT THE BANDS CUTTING INTO CHILDRENS ARMS AFTER A LENGTH OF TIME, THIS IS NOT SOMETHING WE EXPERIENCED, & WE WERE IN THE POOL FOR UP TO TWO HOURS AT A TIME!I HAD BEEN TOLD BY A SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR WHO USES THESES BANDS IN HIS LESSONS THAT THE INSIDE SOFTENS WITH USE ANYWAY.IF YOU WANT IMMEDIATE RESULTS & HAPPY KIDS, PAY THE EXTRA MONEY & YOU'LL BE VERY HAPPY PARENTS!

Simply brilliant!
I bought these armbands purely on the reviews on Amazon as they were so incredibly positive when I was looking for a decent pair for my 21 month old which would actually keep her head above the water!I could not be happier with them. My daughter went from a coughing, spluttering, wriggly, whiny thing who really didn't enjoy going to the pool and spent most of the time clinging around my neck to so unbelievably confident in the water that she was jumping in, paddling along in the deep end by herself and uttering the words 'pool Mummy!!' every 5 minutes, in the space of a week's holiday! The difference is and was amazing and so many complete strangers commented on how confident she was, she turned into a completely different child. They seem to be more comfortable and less 'sweaty' than the inflatable variety and they keep my daughter's head out of the water so well that she is able to kick her legs and 'swim' along happily and independently. They will also enable us to miss that huge step of going from being totally supported to nothing at all, as the rings can be taken off one at a time as confidence grows.Yes they are quite expensive compared to traditional armbands, but in my opinion they are worth every single penny and I can't stop telling other mums to buy them. I should be on commision! If you are considering them, stop considering and just buy them. They really are that good!

adaptable swim bands
these are the only swim bands i have tried with my 3 year old son, he enjoys wearing them and as he is young he wears all three rings, the idea being that as you gain confidence and skill you remove one of the bands to decrease the amount of floatation offered. this method is a lot more precise than simply letting out some air from usual arm bands.the bands are a tight fit and do leave marks on my sons arms for a short time but he doesnt seem to mind. with all three rings they are quite bulky affecting arm movement/swimming action but i expect this is also the case with traditional arm bands.Really useful product, i dont have to hold on quite so tight which i think improves my sons confidence, definitly recommend for new swimmers.

Well worth it!
Really like this product and glad we purchased these to replace inflatable armbands which got punctured after a single use.The only downside to this product is it's bulky to pack to take anywhere, especially on holiday, whereas inflatable armbands don't take much space. However these are very durable (I can see these lasting as long as our 3 year old son will need them) and they are very quick and easy to get on, especially when the child gets excited in seeing the pool and can't wait to get it. We found the inflatable armbands (we had Speedo ones) took a while to inflate and were a bit of a faff to get on.We took these on our recent holiday and were pleased to see that they allowed our son to play completely independently and confidently in the deep pools with us sat at poolside (he is already water confident). He'd been taking swimming lessons beforehand but not yet a swimmer, so he knew to kick his legs with these on and get around the pool. These really allowed him to have a fab time on holiday. Also I believe these are the preferred aid for some swim schools and I can see why. Our son's swim school use the rectangular floats under each arm, but adapting to using these and back to the floats under the arms in lessons hasn't been an issue for our son.Expensive product, but we'l worth it! 5 stars!! ***"*
