Will this link to soundtouch app (along with other soundtouch speakers)

These are normal passive speakers…no Bluetooth or connection other than the speaker cable.

Will these work with a Bluetooth system fitted to a hot tub

They are not Bluetooth speakers. They require a separate amplifier to drive them. There is no Bluetooth receiver or amplifier integrated with the speakers. So no they will not work as standalone speakers. They also need an amplifier with a decent power output to get the best out of them, something like 60Watts per channel as a minimum and really 90-100W per channel would be better.

Sound quality ?? as good as a sonos play 5 ?? help

Difficult to say, I have never listened to my Sonos 5 in the garden but the sound from the Bose 251 is very good , run through the Sonos Amp.

Will these speakers work off a sony strdh190.cek 2 stereo amplifier?

These are passive speakers rated at 8 ohm up to 100watts. If you check the spec of the amplifier it should state it’s output and rating. Ideally ensure the RMS output of the amp, in watts, is around 80% of the speaker capability at 8ohm. Hope this helps.
