The ear pads fit perfectly and are very comfortable. Be sure to watch one of the YouTube videos to learn how to install them. Once you learn the trick, it's very easy to do.

Some reviews claim these don't fit. They're wrong. I don't blame them as they are hard to fit. That is not the fault of these pads, it's just the nature of the beast. The groove that the gasket lip needs to go into is very tight. I challenge the headphone manufacturers to come up with a better fitment system!. However, even with my arthritis I was able to change these pads in under 10 minutes. Now as far as the pads themselves are concerned: they are very comfortable. I think they're slightly softer than the OEM pads, but to be fair, those old pads are, well, old. Interestingly, the fabric that covers the speaker is more transparent than the original. I don't know if that will make any difference, but it can't hurt. I also like the cloth-like material on the surface that rests on my head. It's very comfortable.A highly recommended buy.

These are excellent replacement pads for my Sennheiser headphones. A bit tricky to mount them, but once done, they're good to go, and are more comfortable than the OEM vinyl pads. Very pleased with this purchase.

It was delivered in a secure package. It was easy to install (although someone installed it for me). Feels comfortable. I liked this better than the original pad because I have oily skin.

Most of the negativity in the reviews focus on the difficult installation. It is a little bit of a problem but that's the design by Sennheiser. The tolerances are tight on this design. I'm actually impressed with how well they fit. If they were even slightly too small, they wouldn't have been installable. If they were slightly too big, they wouldn't stay on. All things considered, these are very well made. My HD4.50 headphones are 5 years old. I use them on my work computer for Skype, Teams and other audio applications on a daily basis. They are like new again.

Not a fraction as comfortable as the original Sennheiser HD 350BT padding. It was relatively easy to put on though. The fabric is a really rough material. So basically, wouldn't get these to wear for an 8 hour day, but just for some short bursts of time, it's alright. Biggest negative is that the pads really don't flex well to the face though either, so it feels like the sound is impacted.

I couldn't find any replacement pads for the MB360, but this one looked close enough. It was not easy to install, but I'd guess they're not designed to be easy to install and remove. Once installed I gave it a week or two of usage, and no issues.
