I wish you could buy the sleep formula separately but aside from that I'm so glad I bought this kit. I already loved the the Clvr golden latte and this was a great way to try other options from this brand. The included frother takes the guesswork out of finding one separately which I was attempting to do. It works great! Super easy to charge as well. If you're contemplating getting this, do it!

I have been struggling with falling asleep and staying asleep for about 6 months and it is getting old so I am at the “try anything so I don’t take Benadryl every night’ phase. I added magnesium glycinate in pill form so I wanted to try a sleep latte without it so I don’t overdose. I got the Clevr bundle with Sleepytime and the chai. Sadly it didn’t help (I gave it two full weeks) and it tastes pretty gross. The chai tastes worse. These are 80 calories but to gag it down some cream and/or sweetener is required. So no intended results and horrible taste make it a miss. Oh well, on to the next gimmick.**update: the seller reached out and they have awesome customer service and are a class act!

It takes about a week to really start feeling the effects, but once you do, it's night and day -- no pun intended. I'm getting better rest, waking up with more ease, and feeling energized all day. I'll be honest, I add a little cinnamon and sugar to the chai, but just a tiny bit makes it dreamy. And the Sleeptime Latte is fantastic as is.

It’s ok, nothing to rave about. Taste is oat-y and light. Not a bad flavor. Will continue to see if has other benefits.

Edit March 1, 2023I'll give them back a star because I was provided a refund today, which is a positive on the company, however having a frother does make a difference.-----------Original Review Below---------Before the frother broke I'd give it 4 stars, a week later I'm giving it 2 because the taste drops without the frother. Taste is effected by how well you mix it!A lot of reviews mention the frother dying prematurely but, I'm touching on the taste quality dropping dramatically if not mixed well.So first the actual taste is ok, adds a more nuttier flavor than expected to a Latte. I guess that's the mushrooms maybe?However, you NEED a frother to properly get all the lumps and little congealed balls that form from the powder. That is why I rate this poorly. The rechargeable frother STOPPED working after 1 charge! ( roughly a week). You charge it, wait for it to turn green, and then push the power button to have nothing happen.You end up drinking a chunky protein power- esque like taste with uneven flavor. Each sip has random bursts because of the concentrated clumps that can't be dissolved by spoon alone.Also there seems to be no way to have the frother replaced and with it being tied to the taste quality, overall product suffers. It seems like a ploy to inflate the price if the frother breaks after a week, with no way to return anything.

Sleep Chai helps me return to sleep after dogs get me up for their midnight pee-pee.

And I’ve tried a few. Neither are too sweet nor too strong, although I guess you could make it as strong as you wish. I will be buying again.

The morning version has way to much spice. Tastes more like an energy drink than Chai tea. The PM version tastes like coconut milk. Again nothing like Chai tea. Tried to make Chai Latte, but the spice and coconut overwhelm anything you may try to do to "tone" them down.
